The Bank Guarantee Act of 06.12.96 was repealed on 31.12.15. The Act on financial undertakings and financial groups entered into force on 1 January 2016.

The previous provisions of the Bank Guarantee Act have now mainly been included in Chapter 19 of the Act on Financial Undertakings and Financial Groups.
