BB Bank ASA and TF Bank AB (publ) merged January 22, 2020. TF Bank AB (publ) is the acquiring bank. In Norway the branch is BB-TF Bank Norge NUF. BB Bank ASA is no longer an ordinary member of the Banks Guarantee Fund, but that the Norwegian branch BB-TF Bank Norge NUF is a branch member with effect from January 22, 2020.
