For ordinary members:
The annual fee for ordinary members is calculated based on:

•    1 ‰ of average guaranteed deposits and
•    0,5 ‰  of average risk weighted assets

Members with a tier 1 capital ratio in excess of 8 percent are granted a discount on their annual fee, while members with a tier 1 capital ratio below this level are given a surcharge. The maximum discount is 35 percent for a tier 1 capital ratio of 16,75 percent or more.

The fee is calculated based on guaranteed deposits and risk weighted assets at the end of the third and fourth quarter of the calendar year two years before the payment year, and the first and second quarter of the calendar year one year before the payment year.  The tier 1 capital ratio is from year-end  two years before the payment year.

For branches:

The annual fee for branches is calculated in the same way as for ordinary members, except that the risk weighted assets  is omitted. This means that branches annual fee is calculated based on 1 ‰ of the average guaranteed deposits with a discount or a surcharge based on the level of the tier 1 capital ratio.
